Hold the Play/Pause button >|| and Bluetooth®/Pair button at the same time for 10 seconds with the iShower powered on.
The iShower will display "CLR Pair" 5 times, then power Off.
This will reset the iShower. All of your users' saved mobile devices will be erased from the iShower.
In order for the iShower to play music when connected to your mobile device via Bluetooth, the volume settings on your phone or tablet must be turned ON and vibrate should be turned off. If you've verified that all of the volume settings on your phone are turned UP or ON, make sure the volume on the iShower is set above 1 (on a scale of 1 to 10).
If you're still experiencing a problem with no sound coming from the iShower, ensure the Bluetooth connection has been correctly set up. If your iShower is connected via Bluetooth, you should be able to control the Play/Pause or Forward/Reverse functionally of your music app.
If the Play/Pause or the Forward/Reverse function works, your volume is turned UP, and the iShower still isn't playing sound, contact our customer support team for some advanced troubleshooting.
The "Lo Batt" message is displayed on the iShower LED panel indicates the three AA batteries currently installed in the unit have approximately 20% battery life left. You should replace the batteries at this time, and then check to make sure the Bluetooth pairing hasn't been affected. You should still hear your music coming through the iShower when it's powered back on.
If you're experiencing a power or battery issue with your iShower, please contact our customer support team for advanced troubleshooting.
Although the adhesive included with your iShower device is designed to offer easy mounting and removal, there is nothing special about what we use. Your local hardware store should sell a comparable adhesive material.
If you would like a replacement or additional Grab-N-Go Wall Mount for your iShower, please contact our Customer Support Team. The mount retails for $4.99 (plus shipping).
